Always-on content built from your own archive and your own voice. Posts, articles and answers drafted from what your firm already knows, with you holding the pen on every send. From $5,000 to set up, $1,000 a month to run.
Bring one thing you know better than anyone. We’ll show you what a month of content from it looks like. No charge, no deck.
WE’VE WORKED WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU · THIS IS HOW IT IS NOW
You have twenty years of material and no time to write.
Advisory, legal, accounting and technical firms whose principals know things clients would pay to hear, and whose website says nothing. The expertise is in old emails, matter files, decks and the partner’s head. Nobody has read it since 2015.
Generic AI content fails because the archive is the internet. Content Beast drafts from your archive: your cases, your decisions, your way of explaining things. Then you rewrite the first and last line of everything. Human-sounding posts earn more than double the engagement of AI-sounding ones, and ninety seconds of editing is the difference.
YOU WANT TO DO BETTER. YOU KNOW YOU CAN.
THEN WE WALK IN · WHAT WE BUILD
Four things, in this order.
A mined archive, a voice specification, a weekly queue and a Friday scorecard. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
Your archive in. Stories with receipts out. You hold the pen.

THE RAILS
01 · THE MINE
Your archive read, indexed and searched for stories.
Email, documents, decks and transcripts, indexed on a machine in your building. We surface the stories with receipts: the decision, the number, the lesson.
02 · THE VOICE
A written specification of how you sound.
Sentence length, banned words, how you open, how you close, what you never say. Checked on every draft before it reaches you.
03 · THE QUEUE
A week of drafts every Sunday night.
Three posts, one long-form piece, captions and angles for the week, in a queue you approve from your phone on Monday morning in 25 minutes.
04 · THE SCORECARD
What landed, what did not, what we change.
Reach, replies and enquiries by piece, every Friday. We change the angles. We never change the gate.
WE HOLD YOUR HAND · HOW IT RUNS
Four weeks to the first queue. Then it runs.
Week 1, we index the archive and write the voice specification with you. Weeks 2 and 3, we draft the first fortnight and you tear it apart. Week 4, the Sunday queue starts.
From then on it runs weekly. Sunday night the queue fills. Monday you approve, edit or kill. You paste what you approved. Friday the scorecard lands. Cancel on 30 days’ notice and keep the index and the voice spec.
THE PROMISED LAND · THE RETURN, WORKED
What one Sunday queue contained.
Drawn from running the engine on our own archive: 452,590 emails across 25 years, indexed in 140 seconds, mined for stories with verified quotes.
01 · THE MINE
Ten stories, each with a receipt.
A telco procurement finding, a hospitality training rollout, a product that saved a client a role. Each quote checked against the source email before it was used.
02 · THE VOICE
Eleven banned words and two rules.
No em dashes, no corporate filler, open with the scene, close with the question. The pre-flight check rejected two drafts before they reached the queue.
03 · THE QUEUE
Three posts, one article, four captions.
Queued Sunday 7pm. Approved Monday 7.25am. Two posts rewritten in the first and last line. One killed.
04 · THE GATE
Nothing published itself.
No publishing connector exists in the stack by choice. Every piece was pasted by a person who had read it.
05 · THE SCORECARD
Friday’s number.
The post built on a verified client number out-reached the opinion post four to one. Next week’s angles followed the number.
06 · THE CALL
More of what worked, less of what did not.
At month three the engine either produces enquiries you can name, or we change the angles. The scorecard decides.
Drawn from our own archive, not a client engagement.
YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF
You think you can do it yourself. You can’t. Not well, and not while running the firm.
You could buy the tools and wire them together on weekends. Most firms try. It works until the first exception, the first staff change or the first time nothing was logged for the licensee. The engine is the gate, the rules and the monthly receipt, not the software. You still own your data, your rules and the agreed right to run what we build. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components.
FAQS
FAQs
CHOOSING
Where does the content come from?
Your archive first, your head second, the internet never. If the archive is thin we record you talking for 20 minutes a fortnight and work from the transcript.
YOUR TIME
How much of my time does it take?
25 minutes on a Monday to approve the queue and rewrite the opening and closing lines, plus five minutes to paste each piece. If it takes longer, the drafts are wrong and we fix them.
RISK
What about client confidentiality?
Client names and figures never appear without your written clearance, item by item, with no default. The pre-flight check flags any named third party before a draft reaches you.
COST
What does it cost and what is excluded?
From $5,000 inc GST to index the archive and write the voice spec, paid up front. From $1,000 a month for the weekly queue and scorecard. Design, video production and paid promotion are quoted separately.
LEAVING
What if we stop?
30 days’ notice. You keep the index, the voice spec and every draft. The queue stops filling. Nothing else changes.
OUTPUT
Will it sound like AI?
It starts from your material, is checked against your voice rules and finishes in your words. Readers can tell the difference, and so can the algorithms. That is why the first and last line are always yours.
WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE
Let us have a look. What have you got to lose?
What is sitting in your archive that nobody has read since 2015? Message me and we’ll have a look. We were doing AI well before ChatGPT existed. We’ve seen it all. Worst case, you walk away fired up by what you can achieve and with a serious education in what is possible.
Or email hello@np1systems.com with one paragraph on what you know best.
First, it pays for itself.
Then, others pay for it.
