Offer One
Twenty years of how your business thinks, the documented and the undocumented, turned into a working system your team uses every day for pricing, intake, compliance checks and client questions.
Bring one repetitive workflow. We’ll tell you what to measure and whether an audit makes sense. No charge, no deck.
WHO IT IS FOR
The knowledge that runs your firm lives in people’s heads.
The partner who prices every job by feel. The office manager who knows which client needs which exception. The engineer who fixes the five edge cases nobody wrote down. When they go, the business forgets. We do two different things, and we say which is which. First, we capture what is not written down: we sit with the people who do the work, interview them, watch decisions being made and turn the rules they carry in their heads into documented logic your team can check. Second, we connect that to everything that is written down: your documents, templates, matter and job history, so the system answers in your firm’s voice, from your firm’s sources, with the rules made explicit.
AI attacks the hours, not the expertise.
You own your data, documents and firm-specific rules, and you keep the agreed right to run the system. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components. A joint product for your industry needs a separate agreement covering permissions, revenue share, deductions and responsibilities. Buying the audit or the build does not commit you to that product. See the Corporate Brain case study.
FIRST, IT PAYS FOR ITSELF → THEN, OTHERS PAY FOR IT
WHAT YOU GET
Four things, in this order.
Each one earns the next. We measure before we build, we build only what pays for itself, and your team is using it before we call it done.
01 · THE MAP
A map of the workflows that carry your margin.
Where the time goes, where the exceptions live and which workflow is worth fixing first. The business case, in days.
02 · THE BRAIN
A working Corporate Brain on your data, in your systems.
Pricing, intake, compliance checks, client questions and internal how-to, answered from your firm’s documents, rules and history. Answers that rely on your documents cite them, and we test this before handover.
03 · THE TEAM
Your people trained and using it.
We build alongside the people who do the work, so their knowledge is captured and the software gets used. A new hire starts from the approved sources and rules for the workflows in scope.
04 · THE RECEIPT
A receipt at twelve months.
Hours returned, cash cost removed and capacity released, each shown separately, with build and running cost beside them. Any licence income is reported on its own if and when it exists.
THE FIRST SIX WEEKS
Your team is using the first workflow within six weeks.
Week 1, we measure and we capture. We sit with the people who do the work, map the first workflow as it actually runs and write down the rules they have been carrying in their heads. Weeks 2 to 4, we build the first workflow end to end, on your data, inside your systems.
By week four to six, your team is using the first workflow and we have the first numbers, subject to agreed scope and system access. From there we extend to the next workflow.
WHERE IT LIVES
In your tenancy, under your permissions.
Typically hosted in your own Microsoft 365 or Google tenancy, or a private tenancy you control. Access follows your existing permissions, so people see what they are already allowed to see. Nothing is used to train public models. We confirm the architecture in the audit, before anything is built.
Every rule carries an owner and a review date. Questions outside the documented rules are routed to a named person, under routing rules agreed and tested before handover. When the system has no supported answer it says so and routes the question to the named owner.
WHO OWNS WHAT
Yours, ours, and what happens if we part ways.
FAQS
FAQs
SECURITY
Where does our data go?
Typically into your own Microsoft 365 or Google tenancy, or a private tenancy you control, with access following your existing permissions. Nothing is used to train public models. We document the data flow and confirm the architecture in the audit, before anything is built.
WHY US
Why not just configure Copilot or the tools we already have?
Those tools can retrieve documents and, configured well, run instructions and workflows. What they cannot do on their own is find the pricing judgement your senior partner has never written down, decide which of three conflicting documents is right, or keep the rules maintained. We do the capture, the rules and the implementation in whatever tools fit your tenancy, Copilot included.
ACCURACY
How do you handle wrong answers?
Answers that rely on your documents cite them, and we test this before handover. Rules carry an owner and a review date. Questions outside the documented rules are routed to a named person, under routing rules agreed and tested before handover.
COST
What does it cost?
The audit’s forecast tells us whether the build is worth doing. You then receive a separate scope and fixed fee, and nothing starts until you approve it. The six-week build clock starts at kickoff, after the ten-day audit. For details, see the Workflow Audit.
PEOPLE
What happens when staff leave?
The approved knowledge captured in the workflows we implemented stays available to the firm. Undocumented knowledge outside that scope still needs to be captured.
UPKEEP
Who maintains it?
We do, under a maintenance agreement, or we hand over documented and your team or another provider takes it on. Either way you keep the right to run it in your business.
First, it pays for itself.
Then, others pay for it.
