STEP ONE
A 20-minute call.
You bring one repetitive workflow and how you handle it today. Quoting, intake, renewals, compliance checks, the job that gets re-keyed three times. No preparation and no deck.
We tell you what we would measure, roughly what it is likely to be costing you, and whether an audit makes sense. If it does not, we say so on the call. No charge.
STEP TWO
The Workflow Audit. Ten business days. $4,950 inc GST.
Day 1, a 30-minute kickoff where you name the workflow and the people who run it. Days 2 to 7, we sit with those people, watch the work happen and pull the numbers from your systems. Day 10, the audit is on your desk and we walk you through it on a call.
You get the workflow mapped as it actually runs, what it costs in hours and dollars, a 90-day automation plan and a business case with a payback estimate. Fixed fee, paid up front. We assess the expected payback before we recommend a build. If the number is not there, we say so and you keep the plan.
STEP THREE
The build.
The audit’s forecast tells us whether the build is worth doing. You then receive a separate scope and fixed fee, and nothing starts until you approve it. We build inside the systems you already run, alongside the people who do the work, so their knowledge is captured and the software gets used. The first workflow is typically live within four to six weeks of kickoff, subject to agreed scope and system access.
Then we measure. At twelve months you get the receipt: hours returned, cash cost removed, capacity redeployed, build and running cost, and the net. Separate lines, no single total that mixes capacity with cash. That measured result is what we are judged on. Accountability starts at handover with agreed acceptance tests, then reviews at thirty and ninety days, then the twelve-month result.
STEP FOUR
Licensing. Then, others pay for it.
Every industry runs on hundreds of workflows, and most of them are handled the same way in every firm. Once a workflow is proven in your business, we assess who else in your industry has the same problem, package a generalised version and license it to them.
You own your data, documents and firm-specific rules, and you keep the agreed right to run the system. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components. A joint product for your industry needs a separate agreement covering permissions, revenue share, deductions and responsibilities. Buying the audit or the build does not commit you to that product.

We will not start with a tool and look for a problem to point it at. We will not run a pilot on a workflow nobody has measured.
We will not build something your team will not use. If the audit says the return is not there, we say so, and you keep the map and the plan.

TIMING
How long does the whole thing take?
The call is 20 minutes. The audit is ten business days. The first workflow is typically live within four to six weeks of build kickoff, and we measure the result at twelve months.
SCOPE
What if we only want the audit?
Then that is what you get. The audit is complete in itself and the map, the cost model and the plan are yours to act on with anyone.

YOUR TEAM
How involved does our team need to be?
Three or four people who do the work, two to three hours each in the first week of the audit, and a contact who can grant system access. During a build, a short weekly check-in.
IT
What do you need from our IT provider?
Read access to the systems the workflow touches during the audit, and a tenancy or environment we can build in afterwards. We confirm the architecture in the audit and document everything.
