THE WORKFLOW AUDIT
The Workflow Audit. Ten business days. $4,950 inc GST.
One workflow mapped as it actually runs, the leak measured in hours and dollars, a 90-day automation plan and a business case with a payback estimate. Fixed fee, paid up front. We assess the expected payback before we recommend a build. If the number is not there, we say so and you keep the plan.
CUSTOM WORKFLOW BUILDS
Most of what we build is the work itself.
Quoting engines that price from your history. Intake and triage that routes work and checks conflicts. Renewals and follow-up that run themselves. Compliance checks that happen every time, not when someone remembers. Reporting that assembles itself. Built inside the systems you already run where their interfaces allow it; we assess that in the audit and replace a system only when there is no sensible way to keep it, with your team, and measured against the audit’s forecast. The audit’s forecast tells us whether the build is worth doing. You then receive a separate scope and fixed fee, and nothing starts until you approve it.

CORPORATE BRAIN

The partner who prices by feel. The office manager who knows which client needs which exception. We capture what is not written down, connect it to what is, and turn it into a working system your team uses every day for pricing, intake, compliance checks and client questions.
Typically hosted in your own Microsoft 365 or Google tenancy, with access following your existing permissions. Answers that rely on your documents cite them. Rules carry an owner and a review date. We confirm the architecture in the audit, before anything is built.
HOW THE MONEY WORKS
Fixed fees. Then a share of what comes after.
The audit is a fixed fee, paid up front. The audit’s forecast tells us whether the build is worth doing. You then receive a separate scope and fixed fee, and nothing starts until you approve it. You own your data, documents and firm-specific rules, and you keep the agreed right to run the system. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components. A joint product for your industry needs a separate agreement covering permissions, revenue share, deductions and responsibilities. Buying the audit or the build does not commit you to that product.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Three things we turn down.
We will not start with a tool and look for a problem to point it at. We will not run a pilot on a workflow nobody has measured.
We will not build something your team will not use. If the audit says the return is not there, we say so, and you keep the map and the plan.

TIMING
How long until the first workflow is live?
Typically four to six weeks from kickoff, subject to agreed scope and system access. The audit before it takes ten business days.
SYSTEMS
What systems do you work with?
Whatever runs your workflow today: practice and job management systems, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, CRMs, accounting platforms and the spreadsheets in between. We build inside them rather than replacing them where the system has a usable interface or export. We confirm this in the audit.
YOUR TEAM
Do we need technical staff?
No. We need the people who do the work, for a few hours in the first week, and a contact who can grant system access. We handle the rest and document everything we build.
OUTCOME
What if the audit says do not build?
Then we tell you, and you keep the map, the cost model and the plan. The audit is complete in itself.
UPKEEP
Who maintains it afterwards?
The fixed build quote separates implementation, third-party licences and ongoing operation, with monitoring and rule-maintenance responsibilities agreed before you sign. We do, under a maintenance agreement, or we hand over documented and your team or another provider takes it on. You keep the right to run what we built in your business either way.
