OFFER TWO · THE ENTRY ENGAGEMENT

14,984 advisers and falling. Capacity per adviser is the only lever.

Workflow Audit: the number before the software.

Workflow Audit: the number before the software.

Advice document production, file-note capture, review packs and a compliance gate before anything reaches the client, run as a managed queue. Xplan stays. Built for licensees and multi-adviser practices as risk reduction on the licence. From $5,000 to map and build, $1,000 a month to run.

Bring one review cycle. We’ll show you which steps the queue would run and where the gate would sit. No charge, no deck.

WE’VE WORKED WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU · THIS IS HOW IT IS NOW

The reform that was going to replace the Statement of Advice is stalled. Your advisers cannot wait.

Independent licensees and practices of five to 30 advisers, and PE-backed aggregators integrating acquisitions. Adviser numbers fell 244 in a year while demand for advice rose. Every adviser you add brings obligations onto the licence. Every document still has to be produced, reviewed and filed, and the relief from Canberra has no timeline.

We built the compliance gate for brokers. It is the same gate.

Measure first. Build only what pays for itself.

Advice documents and insurance renewals have the same shape: data from several systems, a document drafted to rules, a human who must approve it and a licensee who needs the log. We reuse the gate built for broking and point it at Xplan. The adviser keeps the client and the judgement. The engine does the assembly and the checking.

YOU WANT TO DO BETTER. YOU KNOW YOU CAN.

THEN WE WALK IN · WHAT WE BUILD

Four workflows, in the order they pay back.

Review packs first because every client gets one every year. File notes second because they are the evidence. Documents and the gate follow.

Xplan and the meeting in. The pack, the note and the document out.

THE RAILS

01 · REVIEW PACKS

Assembled from Xplan before the adviser opens the file.

Portfolio, insurance, goals, last year’s advice and what changed, drafted into the pack with the adviser’s talking points. The adviser reviews and meets.

02 · FILE NOTES

Captured from the meeting, structured to the standard, filed.

Recording transcribed, the note drafted to your template, the actions logged, the adviser approving before it hits the file.

03 · ADVICE DOCUMENTS

Drafted from the file, checked against the rules, ready for review.

Statements of Advice and records of advice assembled from the data already in Xplan and the file note, with every required disclosure present before a human reads it.

04 · THE COMPLIANCE GATE

Nothing non-compliant reaches a client.

Every document checked against the licensee’s rules and blocked if it fails. A log the responsible manager can show ASIC.

WE HOLD YOUR HAND · HOW IT RUNS

Six weeks to live. One practice first.

Weeks 1 and 2, we sit with one adviser and their support staff and map the review cycle as it runs across Xplan and the inbox. Weeks 3 to 5, we build and test on live reviews with the adviser approving every output. Week 6, the gate goes on.

From then on it runs per client per cycle. The adviser sees the queue, the licensee sees the log, the client gets a pack on time. Monthly we show the receipt and roll to the next practice.

THE PROMISED LAND · THE RETURN, WORKED

One adviser, 140 clients, one review each.

An illustrative scenario, not a client engagement: a six-adviser licensee where each adviser runs 140 annual reviews with one paraplanner and one support person, from Xplan, a template and an inbox.

01 · THE MAP

Eleven steps per review, five of them collation.

Pulling data from three systems into the pack, re-keying it into the document, chasing the client for updated facts, drafting the file note from memory.

02 · THE LEAK

Nine hours per review. Four of them not advice.

Collation, re-keying and chasing. Plus two documents in the last quarter sent without a required disclosure, caught on a later check.

03 · THE QUEUE

What the engine did.

Assembled the pack from Xplan, drafted the file note from the recording, produced the document from the note and checked it against the rules.

04 · THE GATE

What the adviser and the licensee saw.

The adviser saw a pack to review and a document to approve. The responsible manager saw a log with every check passed or blocked.

05 · THE RESULT

Nine hours to five. Zero documents past the gate without a disclosure.

The adviser took on 30 more clients without a second paraplanner. The licensee got a compliance log for the first time.

06 · THE CALL

Roll it across the licence, or hand it back.

At month three we show the receipt: hours per review and gate catches. If it has not moved, you keep the engine and we stop charging.

Illustrative scenario, not a client engagement.

YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF

You think you can do it yourself. You can’t. Not well, and not while running the firm.

You could buy the tools and wire them together on weekends. Most firms try. It works until the first exception, the first staff change or the first time nothing was logged for the licensee. The engine is the gate, the rules and the monthly receipt, not the software. You still own your data, your rules and the agreed right to run what we build. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components.

FAQS

FAQs

CHOOSING

Which practice goes first?

The one whose adviser is most stretched and whose support staff are most willing. We need one practice that can say yes without a committee.

SYSTEMS

Do we have to leave Xplan?

No. Xplan stays as the record. The layer reads from it and writes the documents and file notes back. We build above the record, not instead of it.

COMPLIANCE

How does the gate work with our licensee obligations?

Your responsible manager sets the rules. Every document is checked against them before an adviser can approve it, and blocked if it fails. The log shows who approved what and when. We walk compliance through it before go-live.

COST

What does it cost and what is excluded?

From $5,000 inc GST to map and build one workflow in one practice, paid up front. From $1,000 a month to run. Xplan API access and third-party licences are quoted separately.

LEAVING

What if we stop?

30 days’ notice. You keep the mapped workflow, the templates, the log and the agreed right to run what we built.

OUTPUT

Is this another advice tech platform?

No. Platforms want to be the record. This runs the work above the record you already have, with a gate your licensee controls. We are measured on hours per review and documents caught, not seats.

WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE

Let us have a look. What have you got to lose?

How many hours of a review are actually advice? Message me and we’ll have a look. We were doing AI well before ChatGPT existed. We’ve seen it all. Worst case, you walk away fired up by what you can achieve and with a serious education in what is possible.
