AI content works when the archive is yours and the opening line is yours. The engine mines your own emails, matters and decks for stories with receipts, drafts to a written voice specification, and a person rewrites the first and last line before anything is published.
Updated 2 November 2026. Bring one story you tell clients in meetings and we’ll show you the month of content inside it. No charge, no deck.
WE’VE WORKED WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU · THIS IS HOW IT IS NOW
Who asks this question
Principals of advisory, legal, accounting and technical firms who know things clients would pay to hear and whose website says nothing. You have tried a generic AI tool, it wrote something nobody would read, and you want to know whether the real version exists.
Generic AI content fails because its source is the internet, which is what everyone else has. Your source is twenty years of decisions, numbers and lessons sitting in email and matter files. Content drafted from that is specific, verifiable and impossible for a competitor to copy. Then a human holds the pen on every send, because readers and algorithms both punish text that sounds generated.
YOU WANT TO DO BETTER. YOU KNOW YOU CAN.
THEN WE WALK IN · WHAT WE BUILD
What the engine does and what you do.
Four steps. Three belong to the engine. The fourth is yours.
Your archive in. Stories with receipts out. A person holds the pen.

THE RAILS
01 · ENGINE · THE MINE
Reads the archive and finds stories with receipts.
Email, documents, decks and transcripts indexed on a machine in your building. Every story comes with the source quote checked against the original before it is used.
02 · ENGINE · THE VOICE
Drafts to a written specification of how you sound.
Sentence length, banned words, how you open, how you close, what you never say. Every draft is checked against it before you see it.
03 · ENGINE · THE QUEUE
Fills a weekly queue on Sunday night.
Three posts, one long-form piece, captions and Reddit angles. Nothing in it is published until you act.
04 · HUMAN · THE GATE
You approve, edit or kill, and rewrite the first and last line.
Twenty-five minutes on a Monday morning. The opening and closing lines are always yours. Then you paste. No publishing connector exists, by choice.
WE HOLD YOUR HAND · HOW IT RUNS
What a week looks like.
Sunday 7pm the queue fills. Monday 7am you approve from your phone. Monday, Wednesday and Friday you paste one post each. Friday 4pm the scorecard lands: reach, replies, enquiries by piece.
The scorecard decides next week’s angles. The gate never moves. If the Monday review takes longer than 25 minutes, the drafts are wrong and the engine is tuned.
THE PROMISED LAND · THE RETURN, WORKED
What happened when we ran it on our own archive.
Drawn from running the engine on N+1’s own archive, not a client engagement: 452,590 emails across 25 years.
01 · INDEXED
452,590 emails in 140 seconds.
Twenty-five years of correspondence, 99,233 enriched documents and 31,553 contacts, searchable on one machine.
02 · MINED
Ten stories, each with a verified quote.
A telco procurement finding, a hospitality training rollout, a product that saved a client a role. Twenty quotes checked character by character against the source.
03 · DRAFTED
Three posts, one article, four captions a week.
Eleven banned words and two opening rules. The pre-flight check rejected two drafts before they reached the queue.
04 · EDITED
Fifteen likes against thirty-five.
AI-sounding posts earn a median 15 likes. Human-sounding posts earn 35. Rewriting the first and last line removes the penalty in ninety seconds.
05 · COST
From $5,000 to set up, $1,000 a month to run.
Indexing the archive and writing the voice spec up front. The weekly queue and scorecard monthly. Design, video and paid promotion are separate.
06 · WHAT WON
The post built on a verified client number out-reached the opinion post four to one.
Receipts beat opinions. Next week’s angles followed the number.
Drawn from our own archive, not a client engagement.
YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF
You think you can do it yourself. You can’t. Not well, and not while running the firm.
You could buy the tools and wire them together on weekends. Most firms try. It works until the first exception, the first staff change or the first time nothing was logged for the licensee. The engine is the gate, the rules and the monthly receipt, not the software. You still own your data, your rules and the agreed right to run what we build. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components.
FAQS
FAQs
Will Google or LinkedIn penalise AI content?
They penalise content that reads as generated and says nothing. Content drafted from your own archive with your own opening line reads as yours because it is. Google’s guidance targets scaled low-value pages, not specific ones.
SOURCE
Can it really write from my own emails?
Yes. That is the point. The archive is indexed locally, mined for stories and quotes are checked against the source before use. If the archive is thin we record you talking for 20 minutes a fortnight and work from the transcript.
TIME
How much of my time does it take?
Twenty-five minutes on a Monday to approve the queue and rewrite the opening and closing lines, plus five minutes to paste each piece.
VOICE
What is a voice specification?
A written document of how you sound: sentence length, banned words, how you open, how you close, what you never say. Every draft is checked against it before you see it. It is yours and you keep it.
PUBLISH
Does it post for me?
No. There is no publishing connector in the stack, by choice. A person who has read the piece pastes it. That is the gate and it does not move.
COST
What does it cost?
From $5,000 inc GST to index the archive and write the voice spec. From $1,000 a month for the weekly queue and scorecard. Cancel on 30 days’ notice and keep the index and the spec.
WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE
Let us have a look. What have you got to lose?
What is sitting in your archive that nobody has read since 2015? Message me and we’ll have a look. We were doing AI well before ChatGPT existed. We’ve seen it all. Worst case, you walk away fired up by what you can achieve and with a serious education in what is possible.
Or email hello@np1systems.com with one paragraph on what you know best.
