LANE · NDIS AND SUPPORT AT HOME PROVIDERS

OFFER TWO · THE ENTRY ENGAGEMENT

Registration is mandatory. Margins are down 29 percent. Your admin has not shrunk.

Workflow Audit: the number before the software.

Workflow Audit: the number before the software.

Compliance evidence, rostering records, incident reporting and claims run as a managed queue above your care system. Starts with compliance framework mapping: your policies and evidence mapped to the practice standards, gaps flagged. From $5,000 to map and build, $1,000 a month to run.

Bring your current policy set. We’ll show you which standards it covers and which it does not. No charge, no deck.

WORKFLOW AUDIT · $4,950 INC GST · TEN BUSINESS DAYS.

WE’VE WORKED WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU · THIS IS HOW IT IS NOW

You are registering for the first time, or merging two providers with three systems.

Supported independent living and platform providers registering under the July 2026 rules, personal care providers ahead of July 2027, plan managers and support coordinators of 10 to 200 staff, and Support at Home providers whose EBITDA per client fell 29 percent in one quarter. PE-backed groups standardising after an acquisition. 100,191 people are waiting for a place and the providers who can prove compliance will get them.

Compliance is the wedge. Margin is the prize.

Measure first. Build only what pays for itself.

US capital cannot see NDIS. It is structurally Australian and there is no American market map for it. That leaves the admin above the care record open. We start with the compliance mapping because that is the document the auditor asks for, then run the evidence, the incidents and the claims so your coordinators spend their hours on participants.

YOU WANT TO DO BETTER. YOU KNOW YOU CAN.

THEN WE WALK IN · WHAT WE BUILD

Four things, in the order the Commission asks for them.

The mapping first because registration depends on it. Then the evidence, the incidents and the claims, each run as a queue your team approves.

Rosters, certificates and incidents in. Evidence the auditor can read out.

Gap list

Your business, on rails. The systems of record never move.

THE RAILS

01 · THE MAPPING

Your policies and evidence mapped to every practice standard.

Document by document, standard by standard, with every gap named and a priority order to close it. The attestation you sign rests on this.

02 · THE EVIDENCE

Rostering, training and supervision records that assemble themselves.

Shifts, qualifications, supervision notes and incident follow-up pulled from your systems into the evidence file per standard, continuously, not the week before the audit.

03 · INCIDENTS

Reported in time, every time.

Incident captured, classified against the reportable incident rules, drafted for the Commission, escalated to the named person for approval. The clock is in the queue, not in someone’s head.

04 · CLAIMS

Claimed correctly against the plan, first time.

Service agreements, price limits and plan budgets checked before the claim leaves. Rejections tracked and chased. Under the new framework plans from April 2027, this is where margin lives.

WE HOLD YOUR HAND · HOW IT RUNS

Four weeks for the mapping. Then the queues.

Weeks 1 and 2, we read every policy and piece of evidence you have and map it to the standards. Weeks 3 and 4, we walk your compliance lead through the gaps and build the closure plan.

The evidence, incident and claims queues follow, each six weeks to live. From then on they run daily with your coordinators approving what needs a person. Monthly we show the receipt: evidence coverage, incident timeliness, claim rejection rate.

THE PROMISED LAND · THE RETURN, WORKED

A SIL provider registering for the first time.

An illustrative scenario, not a client engagement: a 60-staff supported independent living provider with policies in a shared drive, rosters in one system, incidents in email and claims in a spreadsheet.

01 · THE MAPPING

Thirty-one policies. Eleven standards uncovered.

Good policies, no evidence trail. Supervision happened but was never recorded. Training certificates expired without anyone noticing.

02 · THE LEAK

Fourteen hours a week assembling evidence by hand.

Plus two reportable incidents lodged late in the previous quarter and a claim rejection rate of nine percent nobody had measured.

03 · THE QUEUE

What the engine did.

Pulled rosters, certificates and supervision notes into the evidence file per standard. Classified incidents against the rules and started the clock. Checked claims against the plan before they left.

04 · THE PERSON

What the compliance lead still did.

Approved every incident report and every claim batch. Decided which gaps to close first. The judgement, not the collation.

05 · THE RESULT

Fourteen hours to three. Zero late incidents. Rejections under two percent.

Registration evidence ready on the day, not the week before. The margin recovered from rejections paid the monthly fee twice over.

06 · THE CALL

Keep the queues, or hand them back.

At month three we show the receipt. If the evidence coverage and the rejection rate have not moved, you keep the mapping and we stop charging.

Illustrative scenario, not a client engagement.

YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF

You think you can do it yourself. You can’t. Not well, and not while running the firm.

You could buy the tools and wire them together on weekends. Most firms try. It works until the first exception, the first staff change or the first time nothing was logged for the licensee. The engine is the gate, the rules and the monthly receipt, not the software. You still own your data, your rules and the agreed right to run what we build. N+1 keeps its reusable code and may reuse generic components.

FAQS

FAQs

CHOOSING

Mapping first, or straight to the queues?

Mapping first, always. It is the document registration depends on and it tells us which queue will pay back fastest for you.

SYSTEMS

Do we have to change our care system?

No. The queues sit above whatever you run and read from it. The sector’s record systems are fragmented and we build for that.

PRIVACY

Where does participant data go?

Nowhere. The engine runs on a device in your building or in your own cloud, reads your systems and writes evidence files you own. We will walk your privacy officer through it before go-live.

COST

What does it cost and what is excluded?

From $5,000 inc GST for the compliance mapping and gap plan, paid up front. From $1,000 a month per queue to run. Care system API fees, where charged, and the registration fee itself are separate.

LEAVING

What if we stop?

30 days’ notice. You keep the mapping, the evidence files and the agreed right to run what we built. The queues stop. Nothing else changes.

OUTPUT

Is this a compliance consultant with software?

No. Consultants map once and leave. The mapping is the first step. The queues keep the evidence current every day and show you the number every month.

WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE

Let us have a look. What have you got to lose?

Which standard would you least like the auditor to ask about? Message me and we’ll have a look. We were doing AI well before ChatGPT existed. We’ve seen it all. Worst case, you walk away fired up by what you can achieve and with a serious education in what is possible.
